They are sold as a pair for the outer and inner door, with screws and spindles included. They are also available in both handed and unhandled versions for different types of users.

They are typically used for new constructions and can be used to replace the existing doors made of upvc. They are typically operated by lifting the levers to throw all of the multipoint locks before turning the key to close or unlock. They offer a little more security than traditional lever patio door handle with lock handles, as the locking is only done from the inside using a key.
