Saab Key Programming

Saab cars produced since 1994 feature an immobilizer system that is based on a set of keys. A new transponder is required to allow the addition of a second key, as well as special programming. This is usually done by the dealer using a Tech2 diagnostic tool.

Jump-starting the battery

Most people keep an item in their trunks to jump start a vehicle in the event of an emergency, but it might not be a good idea for vehicles that are newer. These vehicles are equipped with a number of digital and computer systems that communicate with one another.
