Generally, there are two types of production:

1. Full circular LED display. Generally, such balls are relatively small, about 2 meters in diameter, and can be viewed as a whole at close range;

2. Semi-circular LED display. Generally, such balls are relatively large and need to be viewed from a distance.

The production of LED circular screen is basically divided into the following methods:

1. For outdoor circular LED displays with larger diameters, it can be done in the form of a single-pixel tube. The ball is cut according to the latitude, and a row of LED pixel tubes is placed at each latitude.

2. For indoor circular LED displays with small diameters, surface-mounted three-in-one LED lights can be used, and flexible PCB boards can be used to make point-by-point controllable light strips, and then the light strips, like the first form, surround the spherical shape according to latitude .

3. For indoor LED screens, special LED unit boards can also be designed according to the dot pitch. The special-shaped unit board can be designed as a triangle for splicing, or it can be designed as a hexagon for splicing (just like making a football, it is composed of multiple hexagons).
